Husband strangles wife after credit card affair

In Halifax around 5 years ago, a tragic murder occurred. Jason McCrae killed his wife with the aid of a two-by-four after an argument over a credit card. After a long arduous investigation, McCrae has finally admitted to the gruesome act. This is a violation of the most basic and fundamental civil rights.
